Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Scope and Developer
This Privacy Policy explains how Amaze Blast (the “Game”), Android package com.qunovixtechnologies.arrownest, handles information. The Game is provided by Qunovix Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This Policy applies to the Game and not to third-party apps, websites, advertisers, or services that you reach through it, including websites opened by tapping an advertisement.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To save your game, Amaze Blast keeps a save file in the Game's private storage on your device. It may contain:
- game progress: campaign levels reached, stars and best scores, the board you are currently playing (so you can resume it), lives, Daily Challenge medals and monthly trophies, Koi Pond Rush event stages, Weekly League points and tier, and your play streak;
- your hint balance and other in-game rewards;
- your profile: a player name (generated randomly when you start, which you can change), and the avatar and frame you pick from the Game's built-in set;
- settings: sound, music, voice, vibration, guideline, and theme, plus which one-time tips you have already seen;
- simple counters used to limit how often ads appear, such as wins since the last ad, and the version of these terms you accepted; and
- a record of purchases made in the Game (product ID and the transaction identifier returned by Google Play) so each purchase is granted only once and can be restored.
Amaze Blast does not ask for your phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location, and it does not require you to create an account. Unless you turn on the optional cloud backup described below, the save file is not sent anywhere.
3. Optional Google Sign-In and Cloud Backup
In Settings ▸ Save Your Progress you can choose to sign in with Google so your progress can be backed up and restored on another device. This is entirely optional; the Game works fully without it.
- What the Game asks Google for: your basic profile (name), your email address, and permission to use the Game's own private app-data folder in your Google Drive (the
drive.appdatascope). - What is stored where: a copy of your save file (the information listed in section 2) is written to that private folder in your Google Drive. The folder is hidden from you in the Drive interface and the Game cannot see any of your other Drive files. Your account name and email are kept in the save file on your device only so the Game can show which account is connected.
- What we receive: nothing. The backup goes directly between your device and Google; it is not sent to or stored on a Qunovix Technologies server.
- Turning it off: you can sign out or use Delete Cloud Backup in Settings ▸ Save Your Progress at any time. Signing out also revokes the Game's access token. You can also remove the Game's access, and its hidden app data, from your Google Account or Google Drive settings.
Google's handling of your account is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Weekly League and Events
The Weekly League and the Koi Pond Rush event run entirely on your device. The other players in your league are computer-simulated rivals, and the Game says so; your name, avatar, and scores are not sent to other players, a leaderboard, or any server. Amaze Blast has no chat, multiplayer, or user-generated content.
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting (Google Firebase)
Amaze Blast uses two Firebase services provided by Google LLC to see how the Game is played and to find and fix problems:
- Google Analytics for Firebase receives gameplay events — for example levels started, completed or failed (with level number, mode, score, mistakes and hints used), hints and rewarded videos requested, screens viewed, theme changes, reminder and cloud-backup choices — together with a Firebase app-instance ID, device model, Android version, language, app version, approximate location derived from IP address, and session information. If you allow it, Analytics may also use the Android advertising ID; your ad consent choices from Google's consent form are passed to Analytics as well.
- Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and error reports, which contain the stack trace, device model and state (such as free memory and orientation), Android and app version, a Crashlytics installation ID, and a short log of recent game events and the screen and level you were on.
These reports do not include your name, email address, Google account, or the contents of your save file. We use them only in aggregate to improve levels and difficulty and to fix crashes, and Google processes them under the Firebase privacy and security terms. You can turn off both services at any time in Settings ▸ Share Usage & Crash Data; from then on no analytics events or crash reports are sent. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and Crashlytics crash reports for 90 days.
6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Amaze Blast is free to play and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. The Game shows rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one (for example, to get a hint or extra lives to continue a board), and a limited number of interstitial ads between levels after you finish a board, never while you are solving it. Interstitial ads start only after the early levels and are spaced out. Buying “Remove Ads” stops interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain optional.
When ads are requested and shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:
- the device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) or, where that is unavailable, other device or app-set identifiers;
- IP address, from which an approximate location (such as country or city) may be derived;
- device and app information, such as device model, operating-system version, language, and app version;
- ad interactions, such as ads shown, clicked, or completed; and
- diagnostic and performance information related to ad delivery.
Google uses this information to deliver, measure, and improve ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and — where allowed — to show ads based on your interests. On supported Android versions, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may also use Android's privacy-preserving advertising features (such as ad attribution and topics). We receive only aggregated reports from AdMob (such as the number of ads shown and earnings); we do not receive your advertising ID from Google. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Ad Privacy and Consent
Amaze Blast uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage ad consent where it is legally required:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (and other places where Google requires it): Google's consent form is shown, and ads are requested only once your consent status allows it. You can review or change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy Choices, which appears in Settings whenever these privacy options apply to you.
- Everywhere: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device's Google or Privacy settings.
Google's consent tools store your consent preferences on your device.
8. In-App Purchases
Optional purchases — Remove Ads and hint packs — are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment details are collected and handled by Google under its own terms and privacy policy; Qunovix Technologies never sees your card number or other payment credentials. Google provides the Game with the information needed to confirm and deliver a purchase, such as the product ID, purchase status, and a transaction identifier. Google Play may also provide us with order and transaction reports through the Play Console. We use this information only to deliver, restore, and support purchases, handle refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
9. Contacting Support
If you use Settings ▸ Contact Support, your email app opens with a message to us that already includes the Game's version, your device model, your Android version, and the level you have reached, to help us investigate. You can edit or remove these details before sending. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to send, use it only to answer you and fix problems, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
10. Android Permissions and Device Features
- Internet and network state: used to send analytics events and crash reports, load ads, show the consent form, process purchases, and, if you turn it on, back up your progress to Google Drive. The puzzles themselves work without a connection.
- Advertising ID (
AD_ID) and Android ad services: declared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK so ads can be delivered and measured as described above. - Google Play Billing: used to offer and process in-app purchases.
- Vibration: used for optional haptic feedback. You can turn it off in Settings ▸ Vibration.
- Wake lock and foreground service: declared by Google's libraries so background tasks, such as finishing an ad or purchase request, can complete reliably.
Amaze Blast does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, or phone calls.
11. How Information Is Used and Shared
We and the services described above use information to:
- save and restore your game progress and settings, including through the optional Google Drive backup;
- understand how the Game is played, balance level difficulty, and find and fix crashes (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, unless you turn them off);
- serve rewarded and interstitial ads and respect your ad privacy choices;
- deliver, restore, and support in-app purchases;
- answer support requests; and
- keep the Game working, secure, and free from fraud and abuse.
Information is shared only with Google as our analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, payment, sign-in, and storage provider, as described in this Policy, or where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We do not sell or rent personal information. Because your save file stays on your device or in your own Google Drive, we cannot view or disclose it.
12. Retention and Deletion
- Your save file remains on your device until you use Settings ▸ Reset Progress (which erases your levels, stars, and Daily Challenge history but keeps purchases), clear the Game's storage, or uninstall Amaze Blast.
- If you use cloud backup, the copy in your Google Drive remains until you choose Delete Cloud Backup or delete the Game's hidden app data from your Google Drive settings.
- Depending on your Android settings, Android's own device backup may also include app data in your Google account backup. Manage this in your device's backup settings.
- Remove Ads is linked to your Google Play account and can be restored after reinstalling through Settings ▸ Restore Purchases. Hints and progress are restored only from a cloud or device backup.
- Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
- Google Analytics for Firebase event data is kept for 14 months and Crashlytics crash reports for 90 days, after which they are deleted.
- Information collected by Google for ads, sign-in, and purchases is kept according to Google's retention policies.
13. Security
Game data is kept in Android's private app storage, which other apps cannot normally read, and communication with Google's analytics, crash-reporting, ad, billing, sign-in, and Drive services uses encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and Google account secure.
14. Children
Amaze Blast is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help, including by explaining how to turn off cloud backup, limit personalised ads, and remove the Game's data from the device.
15. International Processing
Google and its partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States, under their own safeguards and privacy policies.
16. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can:
- review or change your ad consent in Settings ▸ Privacy Choices, where it applies;
- reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device settings;
- buy Remove Ads to stop interstitial ads;
- choose whether to sign in with Google, and sign out or delete your cloud backup at any time;
- turn off analytics and crash reporting in Settings ▸ Share Usage & Crash Data;
- turn off vibration, sound, music, and voice in the Game's Settings; and
- delete your game data with Settings ▸ Reset Progress, by clearing the Game's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the Game.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we do not hold your save data, cloud backup, or ad identifiers, most requests can be fulfilled with the controls above. For information held by Google, use your Google Account controls. You may also contact us about any information we directly hold, such as purchase records and support emails.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Amaze Blast, third-party services, legal requirements, or our practices. The revised page will show a new effective or last-updated date, and material changes will also be shown in the Game. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using information in a materially different way.
