1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Qunovix Technologies ("Qunovix," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Financial Calculator India (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides India-focused calculators for loans, investments, deposits, tax, retirement, insurance, and financial planning, together with saved results, sharing, PDF reports, public rate synchronization, advertising, and optional paid features. Features may vary by App version, device, region, and service availability.

3. No Financial Advice

• Results depend on your inputs, assumptions, formulas, rounding, and available reference data.
• Rates, laws, tax rules, product terms, inflation, returns, and regulations may change or differ from the assumptions used.
• Calculated projections and past performance do not guarantee future outcomes.
• Verify important figures with official sources and consult a qualified professional before acting.

4. Anonymous Usage Events

The App sends anonymous usage events to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore when you view, save, share, or export a calculator report. Each event contains only the action, the calculator type, the event time, and App version information. Calculator inputs, values, and results are never uploaded. Our collection, use, and retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Firebase service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App, Firebase project, data, or related systems
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, consent, rate limits, advertising, billing, or access controls
• Use automated means to submit excessive, misleading, malicious, or fabricated usage events
• Introduce malware or disrupt the App or its service providers

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, and content, is owned by Qunovix or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or remove proprietary notices from the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including:

• Google Firebase Cloud Firestore for anonymous usage events
• Google AdMob for advertising
• Google Play for billing, purchase restoration, reviews, and updates
• Public or third-party sources for interest-rate synchronization

Your use of these services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party content, availability, or independent practices and are not responsible for them to the extent permitted by law.

8. In-App Purchases and Advertising

The App may display advertisements and offer purchases such as ad removal. Google Play processes purchases under its terms, payment methods, and refund rules. Prices and available features may change where permitted by law. Purchase restoration may depend on the Google Play account and platform services used for the original purchase.

9. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue App features or online services. Firebase, advertising, billing, rate synchronization, and other network features may be delayed or unavailable because of connectivity, maintenance, provider changes, quotas, security controls, or events outside our control. Locally available calculators may continue to work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AND SECURE OPERATION. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUNOVIX AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE APP, CALCULATIONS, REPORTS, ADVERTISEMENTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR YOUR FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict online features or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the App, providers, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request acceptance. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

15. General

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the App unless separate terms expressly apply.
