These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of English To Hindi Translator ("English To Hindi Translator," the "App," "we," "our," or "us"), provided by Qunovix Technologies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of another person, organization, or child, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
English To Hindi Translator is a mobile application that provides English-Hindi and Hindi-English translation-related features, including typed translation, voice input, text-to-speech, camera/gallery OCR translation, conversation mode, dictionary, translation history, favorites, clipboard, sharing, and settings.
The App may use on-device translation models, local dictionary data, OCR technology, device speech services, advertisements, notifications, and external links.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, educational, travel, communication, or general translation support in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Translations, language detection, OCR results, pronunciation, speech recognition, dictionary entries, and text-to-speech output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific context.
The App should not be relied on as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, immigration, academic, official, contractual, or professional communication. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any translation before relying on it.
Some translation features may work offline after required on-device language models have been downloaded. The first download of English and Hindi ML Kit language models may require internet access.
Other features may require internet access, including advertisements, app store links, privacy policy links, rating links, model downloads, and any optional cloud translation service if enabled.
You are responsible for all text, speech, images, and other content that you enter, paste, speak, scan, translate, save, copy, or share through the App.
You agree not to use the App to process, create, save, or share content that:
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully before using the App.
The App may request permissions for features such as internet access, microphone, camera, photos/media, storage, and notifications. You may manage permissions through your device settings. Some App features may not work if required permissions are denied or disabled.
The App may use or interact with third-party services, including Google ML Kit, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Services, app stores, device speech services, device sharing tools, browser links, and platform notification services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, advertisements, websites, availability, data processing, or services.
The App may display advertisements. Advertisements may be delivered, measured, secured, and improved by third-party ad providers. Ad availability, format, targeting, and content may vary by region, platform, settings, and provider policies.
You are responsible for your interaction with advertisements and external links.
Translation history, favorites, settings, dictionary data, and cache data may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing content saved on your device and for deleting sensitive translations that you do not want retained.
Clearing cache may remove temporary data but may not delete translation history or favorites unless the App or device settings specifically clear that data.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, including to improve functionality, maintain compatibility, address security issues, comply with legal requirements, or update third-party service integrations.
Updates may change how features work or require updated permissions, models, SDKs, or platform services.
The App, including its software, design, interface, graphics, logos, layouts, text, icons, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain responsibility for content you provide to the App, but you grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to process that content for App functionality, such as translation, OCR, speech recognition, sharing, or support.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, free from bugs, or suitable for any specific purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR RELIANCE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, app store rules, third-party service requirements, or security or safety expectations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence, disputes relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
