Terms & Conditions

Important: Block Trails is free to play and supported by ads and optional in-app purchases. Coins, tokens, boosters, and other in-game items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Your progress is saved only on your device, so it may be lost if you clear the Game's data, uninstall it, or change devices.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Block Trails (the “Game”), Android package com.qunovixtechnologies.blocktrails, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. The Game is provided by Qunovix Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made on the device.

2. The Game

Block Trails is a block puzzle game that works offline. Depending on the version, it may include:

an endless Classic mode, a Journey of levels across several worlds, and a Daily Challenge with streak rewards;
coins, tokens, boosters, themes, weekly missions, achievements, player levels, and statistics;
optional rewarded ads that give in-game benefits, and interstitial ads between screens; and
optional in-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, coin packs, a Starter Pack, and themes.

The Game does not include user accounts, chat, multiplayer, user-generated content, or real-money prizes. Scores, daily puzzles, rewards, prices, and game rules may be adjusted over time to keep the Game balanced.

3. Licence and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and play the Game on compatible Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

The Game and its software, name, logo, gameplay design, levels, graphics, music, sound effects, text, and other content are owned by Qunovix Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Some artwork and fonts are used under third-party licences, as listed in the Game's Credits screen. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

4. Virtual Currency and Items

Coins, tokens, boosters, themes, stars, XP, and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are part of the licence to use the Game. They are not your property, have no monetary value, and cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Game. We may change, rebalance, or remove Virtual Items, their prices in coins or tokens, and how they are earned, to the extent permitted by law.

Virtual Items are stored in the save file on your device. Consumable items (such as coins bought in packs) are used up or lost if you clear the Game's data or uninstall it, unless an Android device backup restores them.

5. In-App Purchases and Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and payment policies. Prices are shown in the Game as provided by Google Play and may include applicable taxes.
Remove Ads removes interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available as an optional way to earn benefits.
Non-consumable purchases (such as Remove Ads, the Starter Pack, and the theme collection) are linked to your Google Play account and can be restored through Settings ▸ Restore purchases. Consumable purchases (such as coin packs) are delivered once and cannot be restored after they are used or after the Game's data is cleared.
All purchases are final, except as required by law or provided by Google Play's refund policies. Refund requests are handled by Google Play. If a refund is granted, the related items may be removed from the Game.
You are responsible for purchases made on your device and account. Use Google Play's purchase authentication and parental controls to prevent unauthorised purchases.
If a purchase is not delivered, first use Restore purchases, then contact us with your order number.

6. Advertising

The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to watch one; the reward is given only if the ad is watched as required and an ad is available. We do not guarantee that an ad or reward will always be available. Ads are provided by third-party advertisers, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, or websites. Ad privacy choices are explained in our Privacy Policy and can be changed in Settings ▸ Ad privacy.

7. Saved Progress and Data Loss

Your progress, Virtual Items, and settings are saved only on your device. There is no Block Trails account or cloud save. Progress may be lost if you clear the Game's storage, uninstall the Game, reset or lose your device, move to a new device without an Android backup, or experience a software or hardware failure. We cannot recover lost progress or Virtual Items, other than helping you restore non-consumable purchases.

8. Fair Play and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

cheat, or use hacks, bots, modified versions of the Game, or save-file editing to obtain Virtual Items, rewards, or scores;
manipulate, block, or fraudulently interact with ads, including clicking ads to generate revenue;
exploit bugs or errors, or attempt to obtain purchases without paying;
interfere with the Game's security or with Google's ad or billing services;
remove ownership or licence notices or misrepresent the Game or its developer; or
copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Game except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

9. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may update, correct, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game at any time, subject to applicable law. Updates may add, remove, or change modes, levels, daily puzzles, rewards, prices, ads, supported devices, or permissions. You may need to install updates to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, work on every device, or be supported indefinitely.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCK TRAILS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, ADS, REWARDS, OR PURCHASES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, PRESERVED, OR FREE FROM ERRORS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUNOVIX TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE GAME, ADS, OR A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE GAME DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Third-Party Services

Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Google's User Messaging Platform are operated by Google and are governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, decisions, data handling, or content. References to Google or Android do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

13. Termination

You may stop playing and uninstall the Game at any time. We may restrict or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law. Uninstalling removes the Game's local data from your device; it does not cancel purchases already made or delete information held by Google.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Game. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, third-party services, laws, or our practices. The revised version will show a new effective or last-updated date. Your continued use of the Game after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law. Where required, we will give additional notice or ask for your consent.

16. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us about the Game, together with any mandatory Google Play terms.
