By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kids English ("Kids English," the "App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are a parent or guardian permitting a child to use the App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Kids English is an educational mobile application provided by Qunovix Technologies that helps children learn English through alphabets, words, pronunciation, games, drawing activities, puzzles, rewards, and other child-friendly learning experiences.
The App is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional teaching, medical, speech therapy, psychological, or developmental advice.
Children may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Adults are responsible for:
We aim to operate the App in a child-conscious way. Where advertising is enabled, we configure Google Mobile Ads requests for child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent treatment, non-personalized ads, and a general audience ad content rating where supported.
Our collection and use of information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully, especially if a child will use the App.
The App may allow users to enter a child's first name or nickname, complete learning activities, unlock badges, create drawings, save drawings to the device gallery, or share drawings through the device's native sharing tools.
You agree not to use the App:
The App, including its software, design, graphics, learning content, characters, layouts, text, icons, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, family, or educational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our prior written permission.
The App may use or interact with third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Services, app store review services, device text-to-speech services, device sharing tools, and external links opened through your browser.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, purchases, advertisements, websites, or services.
The App may request permissions that are needed for its features, such as internet access for ads or links, and photo or storage access when you choose to save a drawing to the gallery. You may manage permissions through your device settings, but some features may not work if required permissions are disabled.
The App may display advertisements. We try to configure ads in a child-appropriate manner, but advertising is delivered by third-party ad providers and may be subject to availability, platform controls, and regional rules.
You are responsible for monitoring a child's interaction with advertisements and external links.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, free from bugs, suitable for every child, or compatible with every device.
The App is intended to support learning and practice. Learning outcomes may vary based on age, ability, supervision, language background, usage, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific educational, pronunciation, academic, or developmental result.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or content you create or share using the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also restrict or terminate access if we believe use of the App violates these Terms, applicable law, child safety expectations, or third-party platform policies.
The App may be available in multiple countries. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your use of the App, including laws related to children's online privacy, education, advertising, content, and device permissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence, disputes relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
